Aillean Paine-Wilson, (M.B.E.)

Minister A. Wilson is the visionary founder of NBM Women Who Rise- Online Ministry of Encouragement, a faith- driven ministry dedicated to empowering women to embrace spiritual growth, healing, and purpose. She is an Ordained Minister, a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, and a committed student of scripture. Her academic achievements include a Master of Biblical Exposition (Magna Cum Laude), a Certificate in New Testament Studies, and completion of the Extraordinary Women’s Program through the American Association of Christian Counselors. She has also been honored with an Honorary Doctor of Divinity for her contributions to ministry and women’s empowerment. She’s led Children’s Sunday School, Women’s Sisterhood, Adult Sunday School and Ministered the Word of God with the aim of glorifying God and bringing hope to his people.

Mrs. Wilson’s ministry is rooted in the Baptist Faith, affirming the authority of Scripture, salvation through Jesus Christ, and the call to live out the Gospel through service, discipleship, and encouragement. Her leadership reflects compassion, wisdom, and a deep commitment to helping women rise into their God-given identity, granted this ministry is not for every woman. But for the woman who's struggling this space is a safe place to be your authentic self.
